Below are our policies regarding orders and ordering. Please agree to these terms before
ordering.

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. COMPLETION OF THIS ORDER INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT FINALIZE YOUR ORDER. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS FINALIZED THE PAYMENT IS SUBMITTED TO YOUR BANK AND SENT TO OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT FOR FULFILLMENT.  AT THAT TIME NO FURTHER CHANGES CAN BE MADE. 

Cancellation of Subscription:
You are establishing a monthly subscription for this service.
  If you do not wish for your Subscription to be processed for the month, we will need to receive your request at least 7 days prior to your autoship processing date.  Your autoship processing date can be found in your Backoffice.

You can change or cancel your Subscription through your Backoffice.  If you do not, you will be charged automatically for the service each month on the same date. 

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the service, you may request cancellation of your account and a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request cancellation and refund, please email support@nxrglobal.com.
