Below are our policies regarding orders and ordering. Please agree to these terms before
ordering.

Orders and Ordering

Return Policy for dietary supplements and skin care:

Domestic: 
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to our office within 45 days of the order's shipment.

International:
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to our office within 60 days of the order's shipment. 

Returns should be sent to the below address. We credit less S&H (shipping and handling) and a $5 return fee per order. The credit will be issued within two weeks of the product arriving in our office provided the products are unopened and presentable for resale. 

**It is strongly recommended that all returns be sent by a guaranteed/insured method of shipping because credits will ONLY be issued if the products are actually received in our office.

*Reminder: No products in the NXR Global's Product Line are guaranteed for specific results. Refunds will not be issued for used products.

Exchange Policy
If you chose to return your product order for exchange, below are the terms by which the exchange will be processed. 

Domestic:
Exchanges will be accepted if the product is returned to our office within 45 days of the order's shipment.

International:
Exchanges will be accepted if the product is returned to our office within 60 days of the order's shipment. 

Products being sent back for exchange should be sent to the below address. The products returned for exchange must be unopened and presentable for resale. The price and CV will be returned to the current month. A $5 exchange fee will be charged along with the return shipping based on the weight of the products being shipped back out for the exchange. The difference of the product prices will be either charged or credited to the method used for the original order. Exchanges will take up to two weeks to process once received in our office.

Damaged Products
We allow 45 days from ship date of an order for a Distributor/Customer to report any issues with a shipment or products. After 45 days, no actions can be taken shipment or product issues.

Non-Receipt Policy
If you have not received your shipment, you must notify NXR Global within 45 days of the ship date. You may notify NXR Global by one of the following methods:

1. Phone: 804-559-8900 or
2. Support Inquiry: Simply go to your personal website at http://nxrglobal.com and click Contact Support. There you can fill out the inquiry form. The information we will need is your:

  • Name
  • USERNAME/ID
  • Correct e-mail address (as it is listed on your account)
  • Correct shipment address

 

If your address is correct and you have notified us within 45 days, we will reship the order to you at no cost. If you do not notify NXR Global within 45 days, NXR Global will not replace the shipment.

 
Credit Cards

Products and promotional materials can be purchased with Company-accepted credit cards. The credit card holder must sign all credit card orders/payments received via mail or fax (including
Autoship changes) Distributors may only use credit cards belonging to them, or for which they are authorized users. Distributors who are found to process orders without the consent of the cardholder are in violation of federal and state laws and will be subject to immediate termination.

Customer

A Customer is a person who, upon completing a Customer Application (by phone, fax or online), may purchase Company product(s) directly from the Company at a Distributor price. 

Since Customer product orders are for personal consumption only, and not for resale, customers will not be required to submit any tax identification information.

Customers select or are assigned an account Username once the Customer Application is accepted by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any Customer Application for any reason.

Customers may only order under their respective account Username. Customers have no renewal requirements or obligations.
